Wright Landing House Rules

As an Airbnb host, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our inviting home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you could follow the house rules/ Thank you in advance and we truly appreciate your cooperation!

Quiet Time: 10 P.M. to 7:00 A.M.

Smoking: There is no smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vapes, or marijuana) anywhere on the property. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains will be applied. Please read the additional information regarding smoking in the “Your Property” section of the listing.
Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted on the property. If pets are found to have been on the property an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Please read the additional information regarding pets in the “Your Property” information in the listing.

Footwear: Please take your footwear off at the front door.

Dishes: Please put your dishes in the dishwasher and run them when it is full. If you use pots/pans that do not fit in the dishwasher please wash them by hand.

Parking: Parking is provided on the driveway, side by side. In addition, you can park in front of the house on the street.

Grill: Feel free to use the barbecue outside that is set up for your use only. The BBQ is to be used only by registered guests. Please clean up and keep the grill clean. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane. Extra cleaning fee applied if left dirty.

Furniture: Please do not rearrange our furniture.

Hosting Events: If you would like to host an event (e.g., wedding, graduation, etc.), please let us know prior to booking the property.

Parties: If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. Please read the additional rules in the “Your Property” section of the listing.

Illegal Substances: If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Laundry: Please strip the sheets and pillowcases off the beds and put them in the washing machine along with any towels, washcloths, or kitchen towels that you use.
